Members of the Lake Chelan Health & Wellness Foundation were on hand to help celebrate the groundbreaking of the new Emergency Medical Services building this week. It’s been “50 years” in the making and time for some additional space. The new building will also allow for housing for EMS staff and offices for hospital staff too. There will additionally be a large conference/meeting room for other uses, as in teaching opportunities in CPR and classes for incoming employees.
