This February at the Lake Chelan Health and Wellness Foundations Heart Health luncheon the foundation raised $5,700 to go toward the exercise equipment for the new Emergency Medical Services Building. At the January meeting the board decided that it would match the funds, which brought the total up to $11,400. Board President Phyllis Gleasman presented EMS Director, Ray Eickmeyer with that check in front of the construction of the new facility. When the building is complete, we will be there for the ribbon cutting and a tour of the exercise room, staff housing and the educational rooms.
