One of our newest scholarship recipients. Henry Elsner:

At the beginning of August I received my white coat, marking the beginning of my study of medicine and the next chapter of my life! Health care seems to be a trend in my family, with my aunt and grandma in nursing, an uncle in surgery, and my sister looking to PA school. I grew up around medicine – my dad as a PA and my mom as a nurse, both for almost 30 years! I’m excited to continue the tradition and it was wonderful to have them all here to celebrate this first and significant step! Entering Columbia this month.
