In August the Lake Chelan Health and Wellness Foundation helped to facilitate the “Nick of Time Foundation” to gather up students from 11 to 24 years old for an EKG (Electrocardiogram) before school starts. We were very lucky to have two Cardiovascular surgeons volunteer to be here and read those results. We tested 131 students and found 2 students who had indications of a future problem. With these results those 2 students will get the medical testing and intervention that is required for them. Thank you to Marti Wick and the NOTF.
