Annual Red Dress Luncheon 2019

The Lake Chelan Health and Wellness Foundation honors women’s health each February by hosting our annual Red Dress Luncheon and Fashion Show.  On February 28th, 2019 we held our annual event and focused on cardiac health at Sorrento’s Ristorante at Tsillan Cellars.

Lake Chelan Community Hospital and Clinics (LCCHC) provided two speakers for our event, Dr. Tobe Harberd and Emergency Medical Services Manager Ray Eickmeyer.  Dr. Harberd discussed risk factors for heart disease and how to reduce your risk. Ray focused on how to recognize a cardiac event and what to do if you are in that situation.

Following the luncheon, our EMS staff and LCCHC community wellness team provided a health fair that featured blood pressure checks, glucose screening and use of an in-body composition analyzer.  Kelly Allen Agency was also on hand to answer insurance questions and sponsored door prizes. Thank you to all of our attendees and partners for this event!
